Exodon is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Clinical Project Director

This is high-level upper management position requires great leadership skills. As a Clinical Project Director you will be responsible for preparing RFPs, managing a team of central and regional clinical research professionals, establishing SOPs, and contracting with outsourcing vendors. Other responsibilities include:

• Administering, managing and supervising all on-going clinical research projects,
• Preparing budgets for research protocols, performing regulatory affairs including quality assurance audits
• Acting as one of the lead liaison among Exodon, their clients and researchers
• Training and supervising in-house and contracted CRAs and CRCs

The position is primarily based at Exodon's central office in beautiful northern New Jersey. The qualified individual will be certified as a Clinical Research Associated (CRA) with at least 6 years of prior CRA experience and at least 2 years of clinical trials supervisory experience at the clinical project management level. You must possess at least a Bachelors degree in the biological sciences, preferably a Masters or Doctorate.

Assistant Clinical Project Manager (CPM)

This is an exciting full-time position that requires the qualified candidate to be responsible for all aspects of capturing, monitoring and reporting clinical research data. We are seeking an individual who is both very detailed and able to utilize contextual information to increase efficiency. Seventy (70%) percent of your time will be spent working from Exodon's central office in New Jersey and 30% at the various research sites. You will be responsible for managing the data input from approximately 20 clinical research sites by supervising regional CRAs. You will report to the Clinical Project Director and assist with ongoing clinical research projects. Requirements include BS/BA and at least 2 years of clinical research experience monitoring trials as a CCRA.

Regional CRAs

Exodon is seeking to fill nationwide openings for Regional CRAs to establish, monitor and closeout clinical trial research studies that are being managed by Exodon. You will work from your home-based office as an independent contractor and report to Exodon’s Clinical Project Director. Requirements include BS/BA and at least 2 years of clinical research experience monitoring trials as a CCRA.

Clinical Research Services Consultant (Full Time)

Exodon is a international CRO based in northwestern New Jersey offering clinical research services to both investigators and the clinical research industry. Clinical Research Services Consultant is the title Exodon uses for a clinical research sales representative as this position requires both sales experience and clinical research experience. We have traditionally utilized a regional contracted sales force to enroll doctors into our network of clinical research sites and are now developing an internal sales force. The qualified candidate will report to the VP of Business Development and play a critical role in enrolling sites and placing clinical trials at these sites.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Increase the number of sties in our clinical research network by enhancing and implementing sales strategies to educate doctors about how our VALIDATE System® application and our per diem support services will drive clinical trials to their practice. Minimal travel is necessary as this is an inside sales position.

2. Implement sales strategies promoting and selling our unique and novel patient recruitment services to other CROs and clinical research sponsors.

3. Coordinate marketing campaigns with our public relations firm and internal IT department.

4. Offer per diem clinical research support services to our affiliated sites from our corporate office, particularly in the area of patient enrollment.

Qualifications Candidates must be energetic and entrepreneurial minded with exceptional interpersonal skills and seek to play a vital role in growing a clinical research organization. Innovative skills are critical, but the candidate must be both process and detail oriented and be able to fluidly communicate their thoughts and strategies to others.

Candidates must have strong sales and clinical research background with basic IT skills, a good working knowledge of pocket PCs and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Access. College education in science needed such as a BS, preferably with additional CRC, CRA or MBA.

Candidates must have at least 3 years pharmaceutical or clinical research experience in one or more of the following areas: patient/subject recruitment, electronic data capture, sales, sales management or business development. Prior sales experience combined with CRC or CRA background will receive preferential consideration.
