Patient Recruitment Companies:
We are unique in that we use a 6-point patient recruitment campaign combining database, referral centers and when needed -traditional media based approaches.
Unlike other database oriented patient recruitment companies,
we are internationally based
allowing us to place pre-consented and pre-qualified patients into your trials across multiple global regions including South America, Eastern Europe, Asia as well as the United States and Canada. And, the assets in our VALIDATE System® are not limited to just diagnoses,
we have access to patients' complete medical records.
This allows us to drill down to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to specifically meet your patient recruitment needs. Very few, if any, patient recruitment companies have this capacity.
And best of all - the majority of our pricing is performance based.
Our 6-point Program
1. VALIDATE System®: ®: At the base of our patient recruitment program is our VALIDATE System® database of patients who have pre-consented for clinical trials participation. Our VALIDATE System® database is searchable by location and the Inclusion and Exclusion selection criteria for your trials.
2. VALtrackTM We also have a much larger patient recruitment database, VALtrackTM - which contains various levels of diagnostic information from approximately 50 million patients who reside in various locations around the world. These patients have opted to be contacted when new diagnostic and treatment options become available.
3. Sites: Many sites are proficient at running clinical trials, but may not have the time or expertise in patient recruitment. Whether these are your sites or sites brought into the trial by Exodon through our site selection program, we work closely at the site level with the investigators, their staff and referral sources. This is an integral part of our patient recruitment strategy.
4. Referral Centers: Supplementing the above, we have established relationships with various types of referral centers who refer patients to Exodon to be screened for various clinical trials. We then match and refer these patients to various trials. In addition to our established and existing relationships with referral centers we develop new relationships daily across a variety of ongoing projects within multiple medical domains.
5. Screening Centers: We have approximately 500,000 clinician based screening centers that we tap to help screen patients for your trials and refer those who pass to the study centers.
6. Media: We further supplement these other patient recruitment strategies with either one or a combination of public relations and advertisements through mediums such as television, radio, print and the internet.

Investigator Brokers: These agencies cannot guarantee that the investigator or site have the patients you need for your trial. We can.
SMOs: We offer GCP/ICH certification training and site support services to our sites who participate in our VALIDATE System® network needing these services to ensure every study runs smoothly when the sponsor or CRO uses our sites along with their pre-consented patients. This approach also offers a one-step contract and budgetary process. However, we differ from other site alliances in that our sites are required to contribute their medical record data on all patients who have pre-consented to participate in upcoming trials for their condition(s). No other site alliance network offers this type of patient recruitment solution. This is why our sites enroll a higher number of patients and complete the trials well before other participating sites.
CROs: For prescription based products, we do not monitor trials and we do not offer comprehensive CRO services. We do have preferred CRO partners around the globe who perform these functions for us when necessary. The outsourced clinical research services we offer are limited to patient and site recruitment as well as other epidemiological and analytic database related solutions.
