Exodon's Patient and Site Recruitment Department is dedicated to accomplish one goal: to quickly identify and provide clinical trial sponsors with a global network of experienced research sites that can help them complete their study. To facilitate this process, we have created a database of clinical research sites and their pre-consented patient population searchable by the study's inclusion and exclusion criteria.
The VALIDATE SystemŽ is our proprietary system database validating which sites have the capacity to conduct the study including having enough pre-consented patients to enroll. We repeatedly proven across hundreds of trials that this system can reduced the patient/site recruitment time. Our VALIDATE System allows for access to de-identified medical records of pre-consenting clinical research patients. This enables real-time searches for pre-qualified patients meeting the study's inclusion or exclusion criteria who want to be notified when new diagnostic or treatment opportunities become available.
We also have another, much larger patient recruitment database - called VALtrackTM. This database program contains approximately 50 million patients, most of them in the USA, who have opted to be notified when new diagnostic or treatment options become available. In our VALtrackTM program, we contact these patients, educate them about your trials and pre-screen them using the inclusion/exclusion criteria for your trials. If they pass this pre-screening they are forward to your sites or we can create a site for you if there are several patients in one geographical location where you have not already established a clinical research study center.
Adding to Exodon's expertise in patient recruitment, we also offer internal patient recruitment programs at the individual site level, as well as, media and public relations based services to supplement our database driven solutions.
