We reduce the patient/site recruitment time and increase patient retention through our proprietary system, the VALIDATE SystemŽ. Most of our sites participate in our VALIDATE System network resulting in a database that enables real-time access to de-identified medical records of pre-consenting clinical research patients. This enables real-time searches for pre-qualified patients meeting the study's inclusion or exclusion criteria who want to be notified when new diagnostic or treatment opportunities become available.
We also have another, much larger patient recruitment database - called VALtrackTM. This database program contains approximately 50 million patients, most of them in the USA, who have also opted to be notified when new diagnostic or treatment options become available. In our VALtrackTM program, we contact these patients, educate them about your trials and pre-screen them using the inclusion/exclusion criteria for your trials. If they pass this pre-screening they are forward to your sites or we can create a site for you if there are several patients in one geographical location where you have not already established a clinical research study center.
Adding to Exodon's expertise in patient recruitment, we also offer internal patient recruitment programs at the individual site level, as well as, media and public relations based services to supplement our database driven solutions. This option is especially important for trials with very strict I/E criteria, as well as studies needing patients with acute and transient conditions.
