Medical Admin Support and Plan Education and Enrollment
• Medical Administrative Support Services: These services compliment our other Patient Concierge services and include a wide variety of options that can all be customized to your specific needs such as; front desk reception, scheduling, referrals, dispatching, calling or faxing in prescriptions, reminder and follow up calls, as well as, other medical related administrative functions your practice or organization needs.
• Healthcare Member Support: Education and Enrollment. Centralize all of your healthcare education and enrollment process using our Patient Services CenterTM which is open 24 hours and 7 days per week year round. We will educate your callers about your new programs, products, or events, direct them to the appropriate options, register them and when necessary process their payments. We also send out materials to your clients when required.
• Customized Services: We customized programs to meet your unique needs. For example we currently provide pharmaceutical product and clinical trials information for pharmaceutical companies receiving a high volume of calls on their products and clinical development information request of new products. Our Patient Services CenterTM team provides this information, answers all of their relevant questions, document and record all calls, as well as, archive or supply this information to our clients as needed. We also have leased employee options if you need a Patient Services CenterTM representative such as an RN to perform multiple remote based nursing duties.
